All sales are final once the order is confirmed. Since customers verify all details (size, design, quantity, etc.) during checkout, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer selection errors.

We stand behind our products with a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item remains in its original condition
- The product is unworn or unused
- All original tags are still attached
- Original packaging is intact
- You can provide receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs: Icestork covers return shipping for defective or incorrectly sent products.
